Standard Return Policy Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email us at chandlerobrienofficial20@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Final Sale Items Select items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This will be clearly noted on the product page. If you received a defective or incorrect final sale item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a resolution.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly.
Return Shipping
- For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative.
